Coding. Engineering. Design. Creativity.

Young Innovators Club® is dedicated to sparking creativity and curiosity in young minds across Rutland, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire. Our goal is to provide a stimulating environment where kids can explore, learn, and innovate. We believe that it's never too early to start learning and nurturing a passion for design, engineering, coding, and creativity.

For Schools

We partner with primary and secondary schools across Rutland, Leicestershire, and Lincolnshire to deliver curriculum-aligned STEM education through:

  • 90-minute workshops and full-day enrichment sessions

  • Before and after-school coding clubs

  • In-school teaching for Computing and Design & Technology, ideal for PPA cover or curriculum enhancement

All sessions are led by DBS-checked, safeguarding-trained educators with qualifications in teaching or childcare. We bring all equipment and tailor each session to your school’s needs.

For Parents

Our clubs and camps are designed to be fun, educational, and inclusive. Through teacher led activities, children explore coding, robotics, engineering, and design through hands-on projects that encourage creativity and independent thinking.

We offer:

  • After-school coding and STEM clubs in Rutland, Lincolnshire, and Leicestershire schools

  • Holiday clubs in Rutland with extended hours and flexible booking

All sessions are led by qualified staff and designed to meet the needs of busy families while supporting your child’s learning and development.

What We Teach

Our curriculum blends the National Curriculum for Computer Science and Design & Technology with real-world innovation. Children gain experience in:

  • Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

  • Game Design & App Development

  • Robotics, Sensors & Micro:bits

  • 3D Printing & Model Building

  • Creative Thinking, Ideation & Digital Safety

Each session is built around problem-based learning, where children are challenged to design, build, and test their own solutions—developing resilience, collaboration, and critical thinking along the way.

STEM resources used in Young Innovators Club activities

Small Class Sizes

Our class sizes are kept small in order to ensure each child is able to receive 1:1 help if they need it. We want to get to know your children, and make sure they feel individually valued, which is only possible if classes are small!

Developed by Experts

Our projects are designed in collaboration with fully qualified teachers, nursery staff, STEM industry professionals, and researchers from leading institutions.

Led by Educationalists

Our clubs and activities will always be delivered by an instructor who has an official qualification in childcare, because we  ensure they are passionate about education, as well as the subject matter!

Designed with Parents and Schools in mind

At every stage of the establishment of Young Innovators Club we have considered the wants and needs of both parents and schools. From longer camp days as standard, to ensuring our activities meet National Curriculum standards, we keep our users at the heart of what we do.
